Tribe Physiotherapy and Performance was established by Eamon Duane in September, 2022. 

 

Appointments

The cost of a consultation is €60.

Please bring any applicable referral letters and imaging reports (X-ray / MRI scans etc) if you have been referred. We have a bias for exercise rehabilitation so please wear appropriate clothing (changing facilities are available onsite).

 

Cancellation Terms

If you need to cancel your appointment, it is requested that you provide adequate notice (minimum 24 hours). A fee will apply for consistent late cancellation.

 

Health Insurance

Some health insurance providers may give you a rebate if you have physiotherapy cover. This will depend on your policy, so please check directly with your provider. 

You may also be entitled to a tax-back rebate via Revenue's Form MED 1
